Recruitment inquiries

When a healthcare professional submits the recruitment inquiry form, we collect the person's name, email address, professional role, message and consent for the purpose of responding to their inquiry about professional opportunities.

The recruitment form is processed using Formspree, a third-party form service. Information submitted through the form may be processed or stored outside Canada. Do not submit patient information or personal medical information through this form.

Use and retention

Personal information collected through the website will be used only for the purpose for which it was provided, except where otherwise permitted or required by law. Access should be limited to individuals who require it for that purpose, and information should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary or legally required.
